바이픽 개인정보처리방침

1. 사진은 휴대폰 안에서만 정리합니다

바이픽은 휴대폰의 사진·동영상을 읽어 업무시간에 찍은 사진을 골라 보여 주고, 사용자가 원할 때 지웁니다. 이 모든 처리는 휴대폰 안에서 이루어지며 사진·동영상을 우리 서버에 올리거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. PC에서 보기

사용자가 PC의 바이픽 사이트(vikbox.com/byepic)에 핸드폰을 등록하면, PC가 요청한 사진만 휴대폰에서 PC 화면으로 전달됩니다. 직접 연결이 되지 않으면 중계 서버를 거치지만, 중계 서버는 사진을 메모리에서 흘려보내기만 하고 디스크나 기록에 남기지 않습니다.

등록을 위해 서버에는 다음만 저장됩니다: 임의로 만든 기기 식별값과 그 비밀값의 해시, 등록한 PC 브라우저 쿠키의 해시, 기기 이름(예: 휴대폰 모델명), 등록 시각. 이 정보로 사용자를 식별하지 않습니다.

휴대폰의 ‘연결된 PC’ 목록에서 PC를 구분할 수 있도록, 등록한 PC마다 브라우저·운영체제 종류, 화면 해상도, 등록·마지막 사용 시각, 마지막으로 쓴 곳의 대략적인 지역(시·도)과 인터넷 회사 이름을 저장합니다. 인터넷 주소(IP) 자체는 저장하지 않습니다. 지역 정보는 DB-IP(CC BY 4.0) 자료로 계산합니다.

3. 앱 안에 저장하는 정보

근무시간·삭제 주기·잠근 사진 목록·국가와 언어 설정은 휴대폰 안에만 저장합니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

4. 수집하지 않는 정보

이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 위치, 연락처, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 로그인 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고와 추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 삭제 요청

PC 사이트의 ‘이 PC 연결 해제’를 누르면 그 PC의 등록 정보가 바로 지워집니다. 30일 동안 쓰지 않은 PC 등록은 서버에서 자동으로 지워지고, 앱을 지우면 휴대폰 안의 설정이 지워집니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요.

6. 앱 안 ‘문의하기’

앱의 문의하기로 보낸 내용은 답변을 위해 서버에 저장됩니다. 함께 저장되는 것은 문의 종류, 내용, 보낸 시각, 앱 언어·국가, 휴대폰 기종, 그리고 이 휴대폰을 구분하는 임의의 번호(이름·전화번호가 아님)뿐입니다. 답변은 앱의 ‘내 문의’에서만 볼 수 있습니다. 연락처는 받지 않으니 내용에 개인정보를 적지 말아 주세요. 문의는 처리 후 1년이 지나면 지웁니다. 지금 바로 지우고 싶으면 아래 이메일로 알려 주세요.

ByePic Privacy Policy

1. Your photos stay on your phone

ByePic reads the photos and videos on your phone to show the ones taken during your work hours and deletes them only when you ask. All of this happens on your phone. We never upload or store your photos on our servers.

2. Viewing on a PC

When you register your phone on the ByePic site (vikbox.com/byepic), only the photos your PC requests are sent from your phone to that PC screen. If a direct connection is not possible, a relay passes the data through memory only — nothing is written to disk or logs.

To keep the registration, the server stores only a random device ID with a hash of its secret, a hash of the registered browser cookie, the device name (e.g. the phone model) and the registration time. This information does not identify you.

So you can tell your PCs apart in the phone’s “Connected PCs” list, we store each registered PC’s browser and OS type, screen resolution, registration and last-use time, and the approximate region and internet provider of its last use. We do not store the IP address itself. Regions are derived with IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

3. Settings on your phone

Work hours, delete schedule, locked photos and language settings are stored only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.

4. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, location, contacts or advertising identifiers. No sign-in, no ads and no tracking.

5. Deletion

Click “Unlink this PC” on the PC site to remove that registration immediately. PC registrations unused for 30 days are deleted automatically. For anything else, email us.

6. In-app “Contact us”

Messages you send from Contact us are stored on our server so we can reply. Only the topic, your message, the time, app language and country, phone model and a random ID for this phone (not your name or number) are stored. Replies appear only in “My messages” in the app. We do not ask for contact details, so please don’t include personal information. Messages are deleted one year after they are resolved; email us to delete them sooner.
